A Public Information Centre (PIC) was held to:

Present the criteria used to evaluate the alternatives

Present and seek input into the comparative evaluation

Present and seek input on the Technically Preferred Alternative

Outline the preliminary construction staging and traffic management approach.
The PIC was a drop-in format with MTO and Dillon staff available to discuss the study and answer questions.
The comment period ended on September 27, 2022. All materials provided at the PIC are
still available on this website.
